Long Street

19th century commemorative street

Reading Time: 1 minute

Uzun Sokak represents the last age of the Ottoman Empire. It is one of the last representatives of the warm and close neighborhoods of that age, that were interlocked and resisted against time. Like a national value that faded over time, the old houses have either been vacated or replaced, but the middle and upper parts of the street are still standing, reflecting the warm and friendly nature of Turkish Streets.
